My Gift From God

I know what it's like to spend night after night praying for God to send you and I know what it's like to cry until I could not cry anymore and I wondered if God really cared and did he even hear my prayers but every time I'd start to doubt His loving arms would reach out and he'd tell me to just trust him.

Only God can take two hearts and make them one forever only God can give a love that goes beyond all my dreams for I've found the love of my life and I'm so proud to be your wife and I know you are my gift from God.

You always have a way of bringing a smile to my face and I love the way you hold me after I've had a really bad day and when I look in your eyes I see where the missing part was of me and in God's time and plan He joined our hands and now I understand.
